Ross alongside Chris is a founding director of White Mortgage Advice which was opened back in April 2020. Ross has worked in the financial services for over 10 years and comes with a wealth of knowledge of the mortgage and banking industry. In addition to covering all ranges of mortgages, Ross is able to provide experienced advice in Equity Release for those looking to borrow in later life. Away from the office you will find Ross enjoying time with his wife Naomi and two young children Harper and Hallie or possibly playing badly on the golf course!

Chris began his career working for a large high street bank as a teenager having always been very keen to work within the financial industry, before eventually moving into the world of mortgages & protection only a few years later. When spending time away from the office Chris enjoys long walks with his family and his dog Caesar or he will make the long journey up to watch Manchester United.

Danielle joined White Mortgage Advice in October 2021 and has worked within the property industry for the last 5 years. After recently returning from maternity leave, Danielle is eager to start a new chapter working as our social media manager as well as assisting the administration team with applications and answering any queries you may have. During her spare time Danielle loves spending time with her family & friends, prefers cocktail bars to pubs and also enjoys her hobby of creating resin art.

Charlotte joined the company in January 2021 having graduated Surrey University and gaining over 17 years administration experience in the hotel & catering industry and more recently the Civil Service, with the focus on financial administration. Charlotte’s role here is to provide support throughout the application process, she will be available to answer questions & queries, assist with documents and provide updates by liaising with lenders. In her free time, Charlotte is likely to be with her husband Ronnie and 2 daughters, Isla & Niamh. She’s also not adverse to a few glasses of prosecco with her friends.

The newest member of the WMA team, Steve began his career working for a local estate agent in mid Essex over 30 years ago. Working his way up to senior management level as an Estate Agent, he sought a new challenge within the industry and became a CeMAP 3 certified mortgage broker in 2020.
Whilst his main job is providing advice on mortgage and protection options, unrivalled overall industry knowledge and a passion for all things property, allows Steve to guide clients though the whole moving journey. With a grown-up family, he is flexible in his work approach and can often be found in his home office talking on the phone and responding to questions into the early hours!
Away from work, he has many varied interests including, eating out, pubs, cooking and all things that involve competitive sport, especially a keen interest in motorsports regularly attending events with his son.
